Efforts to reduce the high cost of utilities is always of primary focus and ATSA members engaged in a project to share useful information on best practices for the benefit of its members. This included physical visits and stays at participating properties, meeting with maintenance personnel, sharing and collating of statistics – historical and current – and, with the constant advances in technology in this field, we are looking for ways to reduce wastage of energy.
This is such an important issue that there will be constant exercises to share the latest information with members.
